With respect to employment applications, we collect information including, among other things, your Contact Information, emergency contact information, Social Security number, employment history, educational history, skills, and competencies. Please note that if you apply for employment with us through the Site, we will not collect any employment information via the Site, as all application information provided online is collected and processed by Daimler Truck North America, who serves as our agent for purposes of processing application and other hiring information.Ā 

We process Employment Information to operate our business; to verify your eligibility and suitability for employment or other relationships with us; and to comply with your instructions or requests.Ā

California ResidentsĀ 

California Shine the Light. Under California Civil Code Ā§ 1798.83 (the ā€œCalifornia Shine the Light Lawā€), California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use may be entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the personal information we have shared, if any, with other businesses for direct marketing activities. At present, we do not share personal information with third parties for purposes of those third partiesā€™ direct marketing activities.
